OUR INSPIRATION
Drawing from the timeless charm of the Danisa cookie tin and the meaning of Phu The cake, we craft weddings as memory boxes – keepsakes of love, tradition, and all the moments worth holding onto.
"THERE'S SOMETHING MAGICAL
ABOUT PRESERVING STORIES IN A BOX,
READY TO BE REOPENED AND CHERISHED."
SOME FACTS

Danisa cookie tin
In many Asian homes, the Danisa cookie tin holds a sweet surprise – and it’s not only cookies. Inside, you’ll often find threads of family life: needles, trinkets, and even precious wedding memories.

Phu Thê cake
(also known as xu xê or xu xuê)
A symbol of loyalty and enduring love. Its origins trace back to the tale of King Lý Anh Tông, who, while away at war, received a cake lovingly made by his wife. Touched by her care and devotion, he named it 'Phu Thê' – a tribute to the bond between husband and wife.
Our Diverse Experiences With Ceremony Traditions

JEWISH WEDDING CEREMONY
We had the pleasure of hosting a beautiful Jewish wedding in the coastal city of Da Nang. Central to the celebration was the chuppah, a symbolic canopy representing the couple's new home together. The ceremony included the signing of the ketubah, a marriage contract, and vows exchanged under the chuppah. A memorable highlight was the breaking of the glass, a poignant reminder of the fragility of relationships and the aspiration for future happiness.

CHINESE TEA CEREMONY
In Chinese weddings, we often feature the tea ceremony, a profound tradition that underscores the union of two families. During this tradition, the bride and groom serve tea to their parents and elders as a gesture of respect, while receiving blessings and wisdom in return.

TRADITIONAL KOREAN CEREMONY
Through our extensive cultural experiences, we have come to deeply appreciate the Pyebaek, a treasured tradition in Korean weddings. In this ceremony, the bride and groom, dressed in traditional Hanboks, perform a respectful bow to their parents. Following this, the couple serves tea and rice wine to their parents before using a white cloth to catch chestnuts and jujubes thrown by family members. This symbolic act represents the number of children they may have in the future, reflecting the timeless hopes and blessings of family and continuity.
