THE AUTHENTICITY

Ana and Tim first met as university friends in the US. From those early years, their relationship grew naturally through time spent studying, experiencing new things, and discovering the world together. They have seen each other through many different chapters of life, from two young people still finding their own paths to becoming more grounded in who they are, what they want, and knowing that the person beside them is still the one they want to share life’s most meaningful milestones with.

IN THE WARMTH OF HOME

As a couple who deeply values meaningful traditions, Ana and Tim had always hoped for a Vietnamese traditional ceremony that felt truly special, with rituals that authentically reflected Vietnamese culture.

Held in the home where Ana grew up surrounded by the love of her extended family, the ceremony unfolded with a sense of warmth and reverence. Traditional red gift trays and carefully prepared rituals from both families became heartfelt blessings for Ana and Tim’s lasting marriage. The laughter, sincere words of advice, and even tears of happiness became precious gifts they would carry with them into the journey ahead.

Perhaps what made the ceremony most meaningful was not the rituals themselves, but the emotional bonds shared among everyone in the family. In that moment, marriage was not simply the union of Ana and Tim, but also the coming together of two families, two journeys, and two different collections of memories, now intertwined as part of one shared story.

IN THE HEART OF DA LAT

In mid-June, Da Lat welcomed Ana and Tim’s wedding day with clear blue skies and brilliant sunshine, almost like a quiet blessing for the couple as they stepped into a new chapter of their story together.

Ana and Tim chose a soft pastel palette for the celebration, accented with touches of antique gold to complement the timeless architecture of Dalat Palace. Gentle tones, delicate florals, and warm lighting came together to create a setting that felt elegant yet intimate just as they had imagined for their special day.

More than simply creating a beautiful setting, Ana and Tim wanted their wedding to be a chance to spend meaningful time with the family and loved ones who had always been by their side. Their bridesmaids and groomsmen were therefore some of the people closest to them: the siblings and family members who had shared so much of their lives growing up.

In the moments leading up to the ceremony and throughout the celebration, Ana and Tim were constantly surrounded by family, sharing quiet, heartfelt moments together. Amid the soft beauty of Da Lat, perhaps what made the day most special was simply being surrounded by the people they love most.
