THE AUTHENTICITY
The journey of Hân and Đức began with conversations about their shared love for films. Through this artistic connection, they slowly discovered new common ground and enjoyed a relationship that unfolded gently and naturally. Then, on an October day in 2024, by the emerald-blue waters of Lake Hallstättersee in Austria, Đức asked Hân to marry him. That moment marked a meaningful milestone, opening a new chapter in a journey the two of them will continue to write together.

A NEW LOOK FOR THE BACKYARD GARDEN
The backyard garden, a place that has long held the family’s happiest memories, was chosen by Hân and Đức as the setting for their intimate wedding celebration. It was never meant to be a “wedding venue,” yet over the years, it has quietly witnessed countless gatherings, sunlit afternoons, and the gentle, loving care of their parents.
Standing here to exchange vows was, for Hân & Đức, more than a decision for a wedding venue. It was a feeling of returning home, to a place where love had always existed.

Hân and Đức chose a vibrant color palette just bold enough to give the garden the glow of a special day, while still preserving its familiar, heartfelt spirit. Every detail within the celebration space was selected with intention, thoughtfully reflecting their personalities and shared tastes. From the overarching theme, “You feel like my favorite film” to the playful orange image and checkered patterns paired with hand-drawn florals, each element came together to form a setting that felt both whimsical and deeply personal. A space that didn’t need to be perfect, only warm, and comforting, so the two of them could begin their journey ahead with a sense of peace.

From the very first moment, guests were welcomed with thoughtful little gifts, prepared with care by Hân and Đức’s closest friends, sweet Sugar High chocolates, along with ceramic magnets lovingly handmade by Aimee, Hân’s dear friend.

Carrying forward the cinematic spirit that wove through the celebration, the seating chart became more than a way to guide guests to their seats. It transformed into a delightful surprise, where each guest was “cast” as a character in a film poster, invited to step into a story uniquely their own.

Family and friends were there throughout the journey of preparing for the wedding, present, supportive, and quietly steadfast, just as they have always been: a constant source of strength, gently holding and nurturing Hân and Đức’s love from the very beginning.

THE VOW CEREMONY OF HÂN & ĐỨC
Hân and Đức’s vow ceremony unfolded with every emotion kept intact, unembellished, and deeply sincere. Each moment passed tenderly, inviting guests to step into a world that felt entirely their own.

During the ceremony, Hân and Đức shared two rituals that reflected their personal story. The first was Slice & Dice, where their vow books were interwoven to form a continuous film strip, symbolizing how two separate stories chose to walk side by side from this moment on. Next came the PNS photo moment, as Hân and Đức took turns capturing each other with a film camera, preserving the most honest seconds of their wedding day.

Like film photographs, there was no heavy editing or perfect staging. The most beautiful moment was simply the present one. And just like those frames of film, the emotions of that day will linger, traveling with Hân and Đức along the long road ahead.
AN EVENING LIKE A FILM
"About Time" is a film that holds a special place in Hân and Đức’s hearts, and becomes the name they chose for their wedding filmmaking brand. In the movie, the wedding of the two main characters unfolds amid a heavy downpour, throwing all of their original plans. From that moment on, the beauty of the wedding day is found not in perfection, but in how the characters embrace moments that arrive unannounced.

Hân and Đức never imagined that on their own wedding day, they would step into a similar moment, as an unexpected rain shower visited the garden, and the story of About Time seemed to continue beyond the screen.

In the film, when the groom asks:
“Do you think you would have chosen a less wet day?”
The bride smiles and replies: “No, not for the world.”
And for Hân and Đức, that answer would never be any different. They wouldn’t change a single thing.

Under the rain, the evening celebration continued beneath warm golden lights, creating a feeling entirely its own. Holding umbrellas in their hands, guests watched the wedding film that the couple had lovingly created themselves. Those umbrellas seemed to cradle the day’s emotions, weaving the guests even closer into Hân and Đức’s love story.

In that cozy atmosphere, a series of heartfelt surprises were revealed. The bride’s father prepared
a touching video of Hân’s journey growing up, along with his tender wishes for Hân and Đức’s future together.

Hân also collaborated with her close sister Xuân Ái to compose music for a poem Hân had written herself, as a special gift for Đức. Xuân Ái’s melody had been there from Hân and Đức’s very first date, and continued to accompany them through this warm and meaningful evening.

The night came to a close as a pinata opened up a world of sweetness and color, followed by fireworks lighting up the sky. The unexpected moment became “the most unforgettable, and in its own way, the most unique” for Hân & Đức.
