THE AUTHENTICITY
Mai Hương is a passionate K-pop fangirl, always radiating positive energy and carrying a special love for writing. Minh Sơn, a calm and thoughtful 3D artist, is deeply immersed in the world of anime.
From colleagues with seemingly very different interests, the two gradually discovered a shared way of seeing and feeling life. Sơn began spending more time at concerts and embracing the things Hương loves, while Hương found a sense of peace and comfort in Sơn. Little by little, they stayed by each other’s side, cherishing the simple and sincere values they brought into one another’s lives.
Their love was marked by a truly special moment when Sơn officially proposed to Hương amid the joyful atmosphere of Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, during a concert of SEVENTEEN, a boy band closely tied to Hương’s youth. From that moment on, their gentle love story officially turned to a new chapter.
ONE HOME, ONE LIFETIME
For Hương and Sơn, their union marks a once-in-a-lifetime milestone. Every moment, therefore, deserves to be celebrated with the utmost care and wholehearted love. The couple poured their hearts into every aspect of their wedding day, down to the smallest details, as a gentle way of telling their own story.
A pastel palette of pink and green was chosen as the main theme for the traditional engagement ceremony, complemented by floral arrangements in varying shades of pink. Together, these elements created a vibrant yet tender atmosphere, filled with freshness and joy befitting such a meaningful occasion. A classic Volkswagen Beetle was also carefully selected to accompany Hương and Sơn throughout the ceremony, becoming a charming part of their journey that day.
“May everything be peaceful, and every joyful occasion be met with serenity”, the message Hương shared in her thank-you letters to their families, was also the spirit that flowed throughout the day. Every detail was prepared with thoughtfulness, and above all, with the couple’s deeply sincere love.
AN EVENING OF INTIMACY AND FRIENDSHIP
Following the traditional ceremony, Hương and Sơn’s reception at Lotte Hotel Saigon unfolded in an atmosphere filled with intimacy and friendship. From the very first moments, the get-ready room was alive with laughter, as loved ones and closest friends gathered around the couple, sharing in the excitement of the day.
More than just a preparation space, it became a place where emotions were naturally shared: stories retold, heartfelt embraces exchanged, and small activities thoughtfully arranged so everyone could be part of the joy on Hương and Sơn’s special day.
Hương and Sơn wished for their wedding dinner to be filled with deeply personal touches. The gallery area transformed into a space that held these meaningful details: a Polaroid photo booth capturing candid moments throughout the day; a honeymoon destination voting board inviting guests to interact; a welcome standee featuring Mingyu, the bride’s beloved idol; and single books placed on each table as a playful way to “matchmake” their close friends.
The welcome area was adorned with lush florals in a soft palette of pastel pink and beige, arranged in large compositions to create a seamless, gentle flow. A backdrop with deeply recessed circular forms added a sense of depth, while the stage stood out with two interlocking circles framed by floral installations, an elegant metaphor for the bond and enduring affection shared by Hương and Sơn.
“KISS CAM” AND UNFORGETTABLE MOMENTS
The ceremony opened with deeply emotional moments as Hương and Sơn made their entrance into the reception space, accompanied by the presence of their loved ones. A particularly heart-melting highlight that brought smiles across the room was the appearance of two adorable ring bearers, Bông and Gấu, the couple’s companions, lovingly cared for as an inseparable part of their lives.
The atmosphere quickly shifted into excitement with a surprise activity that delighted every guest: the Kiss Cam. Random frames flashed across the screen, capturing spontaneous and sweet kisses that filled the room with laughter and joy, creating waves of happiness throughout the celebration.
Hương and Sơn’s evening celebration came to a close with warm embraces, leaving behind the lingering feeling of a joyful day wrapped in sincerity, and friendship, those very connections that have shaped their journey and will continue to bind them to the people they love most.
