THE AUTHENTICITY

In the gentle early days of March, Vi & Thịnh chose Đà Lạt as the place to tell their ten-year love story through an intimate wedding celebration.

The setting embraced a modern palette of white, red, black, and green. A striking row of X-shaped tables, paired with bold florals and dried branches, brought together a look that felt free-spirited - just like the couple themselves.

From the invitations, wedding attire, guest gifts to every activity throughout the day, Vi & Thịnh planned each detail hand in hand, with care and understanding. It was more than just preparation for a special day - it was their way of honoring the journey they’ve shared and quietly promising to keep walking side by side into the next chapter.

THE DETAILS

Every detail in Vi & Thịnh’s wedding invitation carried its own meaning - from the elements of grass and flowers that hint at the wedding's concept, to the image of the small birds and magnolia branches that Vi & Thịnh love.

Accompanying the invitation suite were thoughtfully crafted stationery pieces: birds perched on the seating chart, menus with illustrated artwork - all coming together to form a truly one-of-a-kind design that reflected Vi & Thịnh's personalities.

With the idea of designing a three-panel installation: the welcome sign, seating chart, and gift wall, it was envisioned as a doorway leading into the celebration inside. Bình Phước black pepper, a specialty from Vi & Thịnh’s hometown, was chosen as the guest favor and neatly displayed as a highlight on the gift wall. Complementing this, a custom embossed logo and the imagery of birds on the seating chart symbolized friends and loved ones gathering from afar, together creating an entrance that was both creative and meaningful.

THE MOMENTS

Before the celebration began, Vi & Thịnh shared a private first look and vow exchange - a quiet moment seeing each other in wedding attire for the first time.

Vi chose a dress she believed Thịnh would love, while Thịnh sketched his own suit and sent it to Vi for “approval” beforehand, a sweet reminder that they had each other’s presence in every detail of the day.

This spirit of personalization continued into the welcome session, starting with a unique Charcuterie Board featuring olives, brie cheese, cured meats, and crispy crackers to welcome their guests. More than just a starter, it was an interactive, creative way to greet everyone and set the tone for the day.

The energy picked up during cocktail hour with a playful “Squid Game” moment, where teams took on the Dalgona candy challenge. It was lighthearted and fun, quickly breaking the ice and bringing everyone together before the evening festivities.

As night fell, the dinner space glowed beneath soft fabric drapes and the sweet lyrics of “Darling, you look perfect tonight.” Under warm lights, Vi & Thịnh’s first dance became even more magical - ending with a burst of golden confetti, sealing the moment as one of the most unforgettable highlights of the day.
